KMFA is delighted to once again collaborate with Mother Falcon Music Lab, a collaborative song-writing camp, from Monday, July 9 - Friday July 21, 2018. In addition to supporting 6 needs-based scholarships through funding generously donated by the Austin Optimist Club, KMFA will also train campers in hands-on audio editing, recording, and interviewing techniques.
Kids Recording Kids, a week-long radio production summer camp, which KMFA ran from 2011 - 2017, is currently on hiatus as the station evaluates and builds its educational programming and community outreach efforts.
